Question 1
Prioritization of deteriorating patients. Which one of the three you would treat first and why?
I had a 40-minute interview with the hiring manager. The conversation itself was positive — we went through several technical questions, discussed my experience in depth, and reviewed key parts of my resume. The hiring manager told me I would be invited to a panel interview expected to take place about two weeks later.
Unfortunately, I never heard from Mayo Clinic again. There was no update, no follow-up, and no closure. For an organization with such a strong reputation, the lack of communication felt disrespectful to candidates who invest time and preparation into the process. A simple update would have gone a long way.
