Interview
1. Phone screen (HR and manager): general discussion of the role and my past experiences.
2. Group zoom (Manager, Coworker, etc): standard interview.
3. Physician interview: quick check-in about work style and personality compatibility.
The interview process took about 30 to 45 minutes long. Ask for background and some stuff. Question wasn’t too easy not to hard. The people was really friendly and nice.
Virtual, reasonable length, behavioral questions (with a few given ahead of time). Pleasant staff and overall smooth experience with ample time for questions. Communication about time and location was always prompt.
