Interview
Online coding test. 3 questions, 1 hour, not focused on DS&A and not grading time complexity. Pretty straightforward and I was able to get all the sample test cases passing with plenty of time left over, but when run against the hidden test cases I failed the assessment. Overall pretty fair as far as coding tests go. Just don't trust the sample test cases.

Question 1
Leetcode easy style problems. Explicitly states they were only checking for correctness and not performance. One problem was already implemented and you had to find bug(s) in it.

Interview
Easy going. The team was kind and respectful. They asked appropriate questions and the hiring manager was very responsive to emails. However, they reached out to ask for a list of my references, specifically my current supervisor, and then did not call them before letting me know I didn't get the position. This left me in an awkward position with my current employer, as I had to notify them that I was looking for other jobs before I actually received an offer.

Interview
Behavioral and Clinical questions, very thorough interview process. I had never interviewed anywhere that asked any clinical questions. The interview was a panel with 3 people, including Supervisor, Team Lead, and a Staff RN.
