I was asked to schedule a time for an interview through HR a week in advanced. Did an interview with 1 person she asked what I know about mayo and 3 behavioral questions and then it was done. Waited 2 1/2 weeks and received a rejection email.
It was short and sweet. The woman was very nice. I didn't get to express my interest and knowledge of Mayo. The behavioral questions were worded little odd. Overall the process was well but I do think they are looking for someone from a prestigious university with past working credentials and achievements while being a student.
Someone I know who did get accepted was asked only 1 question but she was from a prestigious university in Canada + president of her nursing group. Even if you answer the behavioral questions correctly and have a positive respectful attitude it doesn't matter as much as whats on the paper. The university/ the past job and achievements / the image basically.
