Easy to talk to. Ask questions and openly talk about past experiences with variety of jobs. They talked about a variety of positions and I was interested in them all.
Interviewer asked the same question twice which caught me off guard. Waited and hour before the interview, they asked a few questions, got rejected. Good thing was the workers asking if I'd like water, bad thing was the interview results.
Very easy and straightforward. It is a phone call where the standard questions about you and your experiences and compentencies are asked. I have no doubt you will succeed if you are prepared.
