I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki in Jul 2021
Interview
Interviewed with internal recruiter
Interviewed with a random Hiring Manager that asked a technical problem solving question
At that point made it to the onsite where it was 4 hours with 4 different people
Gave no feedback for being turned down which I did not appreciate after putting so much time in

Question 1
What was one difficulty you have faced using ruby?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meraki (Boston, MA) in May 2021
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter first. Then another recruiter. Then one more recruiter, who finally (a week later) asked me for availability next week for technical interview, which I did, and she disappeared for two weeks, and then asked me to provide availability again.
Finally, there was a technical interview, during which I was asked to optimize an algorithm for not keeping a 7 byte string in memory (I kid you not, 7 bytes).
She had her solution in mind and would not stop talking about it, so I didn't have any time to think about my own.
Finally, we just ran out of time.

Question 1
Getting requests one-by-one until you get "goodbye" that could appear anywhere within a string or be split between different requests.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied thru linkedin. Got an email from HR and setup a time to talk with recruiter. Recruiter discussed past experience and skill set. Got an email from HR to setup a tech screen phone interview for an hour. Got a call from a senior architect and discussed technology and was asked 'how would you go about' scenario questions with technology/logic solutions. HR coordinated for a in-person interview @ HQ for 1/2 day. Met with Recruiter, Manager, CTO, Architect, Senior Developer and Oprations-in-charge. 2 of those were technical and the rest were behavior/personality type of questions. HR gave a tour of office and explained about the company. All the interviews went really well (or so it seemed to me). HR informed about getting back in a couple of weeks after they complete interviewing everyone they were considering for the position. No correspondence since.
Everyone was very courteous and professional during the whole process.
