Meta Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

I had a loop with 4 interviews, one behavioral, two algorithm and one system design. The explained the problems clearly and they provided me feedback as I was explaining and working on the solutions.

First phase is 1 hour online coding test with 2 developers. 1 question, easy level from Leetcode. On site interview is a totally different level. Don't believe "we're looking how you think" kind of stuff. You have 30 minutes to perfectly answer 2 Medium level Leetcode questions. If you don't provide optimal solution - you're out, as simple as that. It's not the difficulty of the questions, but the speed you need to solve them that matter. The only good part is that they give you a very detailed feedback on what you did right and wrong. Oh, and they will tell you that they'll call you in half a year. They won't :)
