I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Apr 2025
Interview
Got a referral then did recruiter screen which was straightforward. Next round were Product Sense and Execution/Analytics. Product Sense went well but I tripped up slightly during the Execution/Analytics so didn’t progress past that round. You need to be super dialed in and formulaic in your responses. Solid experience overall.

It’s a 45-minute meta product design interview focused on how you approach open-ended problems. You’ll get a broad prompt like “Design a product for remote workers” or “Improve Facebook Groups.” You’re expected to clarify the goal, define the target user, explore their needs, brainstorm solutions, and propose an MVP. The interviewer looks for structured thinking, user empathy, and clear trade-offs.
