The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Meta (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Step 1: Call with recruiter
Step 2: Video call with team
Step 3: 30 minute presentation, then about 4 interviews back to back with cross functional partners and team members.
The overall process took about 2 months. Preparing for a presentation, then having to do 4 interviews back to back felt overwhelming. It would have been more smart to remove the presentation to focus more on the interviews.
