1st Interview, I talked to HR. He was based in India and did not have a clear understanding of the role.
2nd Interview - talked with the hiring manager. Very casual conversation. Asked questions based of JD,
3rd Interview - talked with VP. He asked what I knew about the brand and what the brand is trying to solve. Also asked what motivates me.
Also asked when I could start, whats my notice time, any other offers.
I followed up to see if I got the job and never heard back.

Interview
5 questions total and the interview lasted less than an hour. Very little back and forth from interviewers, not a lot of engagement and no follow up questions. Interviewers said work life balance is a challenge and work days are typically long.
