One of the worst interviews I've ever had. Bad timing for everything. It really started well, HR looked nice. After that, they make you far from comfortable, with long processes, a lack of respect from inside (even with interviewer taking more than 30 min to start the interview), and no response after you took time to make your case from HR, from the person who clearly ghost you, as it is not "their problem" anymore. Had other interviews at Mondelez, but this shows me the lack of respect the company has for candidates, now imagine it for workers! Don't know if it's worthy to do it again in the future, but certain people I'll surely avoid.
