I applied online. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Jan 2018
Interview
This company it at least not professional. I applied for process engineer role in west midlands area. I have 8 years of process engineering experience gained across medical devices using different lean tools and statistic.
I was invited for a first phone interview. At the time of interview nobody called me. I called Mondelez 2 days to ask what happened. They told me that a person who was supposed to interview went into labor. In the mean time nobody bothered to inform me about it.
I was also told that they still want to interview me and will contact me soon. But they did not. I called them twice within next 2-3 weeks but was struggling to get to a person who would know something about recruiting process and my interview. In the same time they were saying that they are still interested in my application.
After a month, I just gave up.
2 months later I can see that this role is no longer available and nobody informed me that recruiting process is finished.

Interview Rounds:
Initial HR Screening – A quick and friendly call to go over my background, resume, and interest in the role.

Overall, it was a great experience. The process moved at a good pace, and communication was prompt at every stage. I felt valued and informed throughout.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How you solve any problem on production line?
What was the most challenging part in it and how did you overcome it ?
How do you make sure that you only produce good parts ?
Technical questions regarding position. But overall good with time to ask questions regarding the position. At least two interviewers. Do research on the company and expect a lot of questions regarding past experiences.
Basic scenario questions based on experience on how to handle a situation, how to communicate with experienced employees, if hired what would be the first step and how would you plan your first three months on the job
