I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Tempe, AZ) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was a straight forward, typical interview. Since it was a campus recruiting, everything feels a little rushed because they’re schedule is packed. The last thing that they asked was some conceptual questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Nov 2023
Interview
It was a long process with a real small success rate. I put alot of effort in to apply and thought I did well bi got immediately rejected, disheartening and off putting.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Subang Jaya) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interviewer looked weird during the entire interview. Just focused on some definitions of supply chain terms, and never asked about candidate's experience and exposure. Pretty disappointed at this company.

What you wanna learn more about supply chain mgmt?
Everything is good and standard. Lots of technical things with user and HR standby together. Overall experience is good and they are warm. No feedback after interview and no information of rejection or not.
