It happens in two stages. Two-panel interviews where they explore your technical expertise and situational interpersonal skills. The 1st-panel interview will be focusing on asking all the technical questions related to the systems, work processes, and business understanding. The 2nd panel interview will be focusing on reporting skills, leadership and communication skills.

Simple and straightforward process. I had single competency based interview post initial HR discussion.
Overall good experience and HR was very humble and supportive.
HR tried to push the process faster from company perspective.

Interview
This was a 3 person Interview with HR, Associate who formerly held the role and future Manager to the role. This was an internal interview. Horribly managed after the interview with no feedback for 7 weeks, with me chasing up multiple times. Not one word from the Hiring Manager after good feedback from the panel about the next steps.
