The interview was pleasant, however, I did not hear back from the for months, despite them telling me they would get back to me ASAP. The woman who conducted the interview was friendly and made sure I was comfortable.

Submit online application, then get link for online test. After personality online test, skype telephone interview. Starts by asking why you want the job and what you know about the company. Then, competency based questions and a chance to ask questions to them.
