During the 1h interview with the 2 hiring managers, there were a lot of questions about motivation and goals asked, also 1 small excel task for 10 min with some basic calculations. where they wanted to see how I think and approach a business case. Need to note that I did not answer all of the questions correct. Nevertheless, got an offer.

Interview
3 étapes :
1 entretien RH, 1 entretien manager et 1 entretien avec un autre manager. Attention les premiers entretiens sont avec les RH d'Angleterre donc tout est en anglais.
Le case se fait lors du deuxième entretien avec deux managers, ils laissent 10 minutes pour le préparer puis c'est à nous de le restituer. Ça prend environ 10 minutes aussi puis après ils posent des questions et le tour est joué.
