Interview
First of all a phone interview (40 minutes): motivational questions (why mondelez, weaknesses and strenghts) and market sizing questions. Then an assestment day: 1 min presentation of yourself, group exercise and individual business case. After that a one to one interview with the manager.
Kind of caught me off guard with the first question. They asked for my fav book. I think the person interviewing me was just hired bc she sounded quite uncertain
