I spoke with at recruiter at a career fair. I was referred to the hiring manager. The hiring manager did a quick phone screen. We then established a time for a phone interview. The hiring manager offered me the position along with he pay rate and then asks me to call back at a later date after reviewing the offer to accept or decline.

it is a recruiter role and needs to do sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers with candidates. From the phone screen to the online interview in total have 3 interviews. Phone interview around 15 mins, second interview around 1 hour.
