I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mondelēz International in Nov 2024
Interview
A gruelling three-step digital assessment involving mental math, a 'flow' game where you have to create a pathway from A to B, and a memory game where you have to escape a maze. How this measures your ability to market I am still unclear on. A video interview followed this, but feedback was not provided. Four assessments later, I did not have contact with a single human being.

Interview
Submit basic application information to determine eligibility. Then, there was an online assessment, followed by a pre recorded interview, and then an assessment centre as the final stage of the process.

AVOID! STILL OWED EXPENSES FOUR MONTHS LATER!
I was called two days before the assessment centre and expected to get a train down to London the following day. I was promised all costs would be reimbursed due to the late notice. The assessment centre itself consisted of a presentation - given 1 hour 15 minutes to go through a 30 page book of information and create a presentation based on it. Next, a group task, followed by a role play which was tough. Finally a 1-1 interview. The day itself was very difficult but as expected.
Sadly, despite chasing up for four months I am still owed £70 for the expenses, this is a completely unacceptable way to treat applicants and because of this I would completely avoid attending any assessment centres/ interviews unless you are happy to be out of pocket!
