First of all, they found me based on my current skill set, and indeed it was a great fit. The in person interview went really well. I met most of the team and they asked me a wide variety of questions. I did a short whiteboard presentation of some architecture details to show my technical understanding, as well as answering questions. I feel I got a good sense of the job role, the team, and the company's vision.
