Interviewed with them in late 2021. The questions were not very related. I got a sense that they don’t know what they want to get from their data. It seemed like their data science role is more of a data engineer role that just collects data. In terms of culture: If you are into repetitive fashion style, join Nike as an employee. All employees have sporty look alike style. That seems to be the culture.
Was a wonderful experience. Had an initial interview through HueVue and after that, had a follow up with 3 people from the team. Communication was clear and they worked well with my schedule.

Interview
Phone Screen, Hirevue, toss aside qualified talent, lather, rinse, repeat. Hirevue is a plague on recruiting, a festering tumor on what should be an informative process for all involved. It's use telegraphs how little companies care about attracting talent capable enough to ask questions themselves.
