NIKE Design Director interview questions

It was a panel interview with three cross-functional participants from within the same product category. Questions are asked by each interviewer to gauge core competencies pertaining to experience, problem solving skills and leadership style. I was given the time to walk them through a few key portfolio pieces to show how my expertise aligned with the role.
