I applied through college or university. I interviewed at NIKE (Remote, OR) in Feb 2015
Interview
Phone interview (seemed fairly casual, performed by HR rep), HireView video recorded question-and-response interview (very awkward), wait a month to hear back, final phone interview with your potential manager. Definitely do your research preparing for it. You'll want to know a lot about the company. It's very proud of its history and the impact of its ad campaigns over the years.

Question 1
Describe the type of culture you want to work in and the type you wouldn't
It went smoothly, easy questions, enough time to prepare and answer. Gave enough time to submit the interview. The online platform is very intuitive and works great. Additional resourses that they give to prepare for the interview are great too.

Question 1
They asked me to give them an elevaotr pitch of myself
Didnt hear anything back. First round was cv and motivation, which put me to the second round. Did a hirevue step process but didnt hear antything back unfortunately. Would have hoped they came back to me.
The interview was conducted through the HireVue platform and included both video and written response components. For the video portion, candidates were given the opportunity to re-record each answer once.
