First interview was a phone screening. The HR lady was really kind and asked general questions “Tell me about yourself”, “Why would you like to work for Nike?”, “What is your passion?” etc. Passed the phone screening and was invited to come to the Nike campus where I interviewed with the hiring manager of the role. I found her interview style really strange. She seemed to discourage me from applying any further and was just shedding negative light on the role and mocking every answer I gave. Eventually she asked me if I even prepared for this interview. I’m still waiting to hear back but I have lost total interest in this role or even working with this person.
