I applied online. It was a while before I heard back, but then I had a phone screen with HR, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager, and lastly a full day interview with the engineering team

There was an actual packet of problems the engineers had faced. They asked me to walk through the problems and describe how I would solve them so they could understand my thought processes.
