I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Singapura)
Interview
4 rounds of interviews- 2 phone interviews over a span of a month. Third interview was at their office. And fourth interview was a quick coffee catch up. For this position, it took them approximately 5 months before the offer came through. To be honest, quite a lengthy process but worth the wait. Of course in between other offers came but you could tell when Nike really wants you because all the interviews were genuine. They really wanted to know you and how you can be part of their business.
The best, and professional. Nothing less than what you expect from a big, global company. Kept it professional and made sure it was smooth sailing. Questions were relevant to the job description.

Interview
They ghosted me. I did two rounds, one with the recruiter and one with the manager and they told me the following week they would let me know if I passed to the final round and I never heard back. This was around two months ago. I followed back to the recruiter several times with no answer.

I recently attended an interview for a marketing role, and overall, it was a well-organized and insightful experience. The process consisted of three stages: an initial phone screening, a practical task, and an in-person interview with the marketing team.
