Interview
It was a virtual interview but through a program called HireVue. It was actually good because the questions where I had to answer with a video of me talking, had a little time before to get thoughts together and practice. There was also a retake button for most of the video questions which was nice.

Explain a situation where you had to work with a difficult customer/co-worker and how you handled that.
La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
