Question 1
Q: Give me a time when you experienced or giving great customer service?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Las Vegas, NV) in Apr 2016
Interview
Initially, the process took a while considering I turned in my application online in January and I didn't hear from them until April. When I did hear back from them, the process was speedy. I first got an email from a Nike Recruit and had a very short phone interview and after she set me up with a panel interview with hiring managers at Nike LV North. A few days later, I attended the interview and it was a group interview. There were 5 people in my interview group and 2 hiring managers. Questions were very basic interview questions, as well as fun personal questions. Because it is a group interview I recommend trying to stand out. I made sure that I answered first or second every question. Also, eye contact is key. One guy in my interview group was answering questions with his head down the whole time and I didn't see him at Rookie Training Camp. As long as you're confident with your answers and you really have a passion to work for Nike, they will take you into their consideration and take you into the team. After a few days, you should receive an email for a background check. Once you pass that, you're in!

Interview
Received a phone call in December & had a interview. Passed that then was told that I would be interviewed in a group setting in about 2-3 weeks later. Recieved an email and phone call a couple days before the actual in person group interview just reminding me and also what to expect and wear. Day of the group interview there was about 15 people. That day including my group was another interview later that day so assuming there was about 30 people in total being interviewed that day. Was put in small groups and was asked 3 questions. Each question was asked by 3 different managers of Nike. Interview lasted about 45 min. It was fairly easy. Was told that later that week will be told by either phone or email if we received the position or not.
