I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE (Tor Bay, NS) in Mar 2013
Interview
Easy interview, scenario questions, manager was friendly and welcoming. Brought me into a room and it was a one on one interview at the mall. Manager explained how the store works and what I know about the company.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NIKE (Belfast, Irlanda do Norte) in Jul 2016
Interview
Applied by handing CV into the store and was given a phone call 2 days later to go in for a recruitment evening with a number of other candidates. Involved getting to know each other and telling the group a little bit about yourself. Group activities were also a part of the process, having to sell some of the items in the store to the rest of the group (with a partner). Try and not be nervous, the employees made us feel very comfortable and were all very nice. After the group activities etc were completed, we then completed one to one interviews. Overall it was quite a long evening, up to 2 hours.
