Interview
Was told this was contract-to-hire, but discovered there was no switchover timeframe. It could be years. Interviewer asked me to resolve actualproblems they were having then told me there was a good chance they would fill the job from the employee/contractor pool since "they already understood the current implementation". Felt like a scam to show they looked externally and/or to get fresh insight without paying for consultation. Highly disappointed
