I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE (Beaverton, OR) in Jul 2020
Interview
Spent a total of 3 hours of my time for combined phone calls and hirevue. Ultimately was ghosted by recruiter without even an automated rejection email. Not the experience I've had in the past, recruiters range from best to worst of what I've dealt with in the industry.

Typical questions regarding past roles and how it relates to job, checklist of skill match listed in job description. More concerned with exact knowledge of tech stack rather than potential for a good engineer, probably a habit with all the contractors they hire.
Coding portion LC easy/medium for difficulty.

Interview
Went into an office and fielded a lot of personal questions with the hiring manager, and then whiteboarded a data flow. Then got to ask a lot of questions. I left feeling pretty good.
