Nasdaq interview questions

I was told the interview would focus on my experience, but instead it was a series of rapid-fire LeetCode questions. The interviewer was not the person I was scheduled to meet, gave no introduction, left mid-interview without explanation, and told me not to explain my thought process but just to paste code. The entire experience felt impersonal and disorganized. I prepared based on the recruiter’s description, only to be blindsided by a completely different format. If you value transparency or meaningful technical discussions, I’d think twice before investing time here.
