Initial Call with HR to determine fit (talked about previous experience, salary expectation) also asked some behavioral questions. Call with 2 Directors of CS (mainly behavioral and situational questions), what values I identify with. Call with another member of leadership.

i did a preliminary then follow up video interview. they were unclear about my job history and just ghosted me after the interviews, no response to any emails. no common courtesy.
