I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nasdaq (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2023
Interview
1st stage phone call. 15 minutes with HR with behavioural/situational questions. In my specific case, they wanted me to showcase examples and experience using mixed quant and qualitative methods. The 2nd and last stage was an interview with the time I would be working with. This included lots of commercial awareness, behavioural / technical questions.

How would you define behavioural analysis? What is it in your own words.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Nasdaq (New York, NY) in Jul 2023
Interview
Long process with multiple rounds with senior stakeholders and hiring manager (beginning and at the end). Good communication from the internal recruiter on feedback and next steps. Major red flags: -asked about family/kids/marriage -asked about ethnicity -rude/grilling atmosphere by hiring manager (clear intention to trip up the interviewee)

Resume application, then it was an initial screen with the HR, standard behaviour questions along with personal details. The next round was an hour-long interview with the team manager and developer, it was mostly behavioural question and one very simple technical question.
