I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nasdaq (Bengaluru) in Mar 2023
Interview
Recruiter Screening: The HR personnel asked about my experience and briefed me on the requirements. CoderPad Round: This round consisted of timed multiple-choice questions and three coding problems. Hiring Manager and Cultural Fit: During this round, the hiring manager asked common cultural fit questions such as my strengths, weaknesses, a project that I was proud of, mistakes, and details of all projects that I had mentioned in my resume. Technical Round: This round included questions related to my projects and a coding discussion. I didn't get the offer, but my overall experience from the screening to technical round was amazing. NASDAQ's great work culture reflects in the hiring process as well.
