3 face to face interview.
1. Technical: Questions on concurrency , garbage collection and collection framework
2. Technical: explain architecture of previous projects
3. HR : General questions on tricky situation and what do you want in future
I spoke with a recruiter on the phone to discuss the position. They were very informative and gave me a great overview of the position. I heard back in a timely manner that I was no longer being considered for the position, but I did appreciate the quick feedback and was appreciative of their decisiveness.

Interview
I applied for the internship program around the same week the job was posted (February) so I had to wait for a couple of months for a response since the program started in June. The process was pretty smooth. I was invited for a 30-minute phone interview with an HR employee. All questions were about what’s in the resume. Then a week later I went to their office for a 1-hour interview with my potential boss should I get accepted. The first half of the interview were mostly about the resume again and some technical questions. The second half were questions that came from the HR department (e.g. Give an example of the time you disagreed with a teammate. How do you deal with an underperforming teammate? etc.) so mostly questions regarding your collaboration, communication, and other soft skills.
