Interview
there're total 5 stages in the recruitment process.
1. online coding assessment in python and sql with medium difficulty
2. interview with lead and sse which was about experinces and tech stack questions wrt QA
3. interview with AVP and Director Software engineer.
The interesting part here was after my interview with AVP and director software engineering, HR mailed me saying the interview feedback was really great but due to restructuring in the organisation they 're putting the hiring on hold.
So to it, I mailed them that I'll wait till hiring resumes, after few days I mailed them back for sharing the update if the hiring is resumed or not to which HR replied that the hiring process was competitive and they're moving ahead with another candidate.
This was ridiculous.
