Complete application and attach resume. Received a call from the manager. HR followed up via email to schedule an in-person interview date. Interview in person with HR and with manager. Went over resume, learned about the job, company structure, job description. After the in-person interview, complete two HR tests online and complete short questionnaire/assignment that is to be sent back to the manager. Received an offer and was asked to send info for a background check.

Then I was set for an in-person interview: 45 minutes questions from three senior employees and 45 minutes a written coding question. After a few days I was given two assessments (one cognitive, the other personality).
