first screening with pre-recorded video interview filmed after submitting application, after that interview with hiring manager and human resources department. People were nice and available through the process. Technical questions were not so easy.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Nestlé (Lausana) in Aug 2020
Interview
Applied online and got invited for an interview after 3 months. Went straight to f2f interview (online). The questions were either technical to test knowledge or focused on opinions on controversial topics, to test creativity and discussion skills. There were some personal questions to check if my personality and lifestyle would fit the team. There was a lot of expectation on me asking the questions and driving the discussion, to check if I can hold the conversation. People were extremely friendly.
