      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé

      Interview

I had a very unpleasant experience during the application process due to the one-way interview requirement. This method felt inhumane and degrading, as it lacks the interactive and reciprocal nature of a traditional interview. A two-way exchange is crucial for both parties to gauge compatibility and ask questions, making the process more respectful and informative. Unfortunately, due to this initial hurdle, I am unable to provide further insight into the subsequent stages of the application process. It would be beneficial for the company to reconsider this approach and adopt a more engaging and respectful method of interviewing, ensuring a better experience for potential candidates.
