I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Netflix
Interview
Initial communication with the recruiter. Second phone interview with the manager and then third interview in-person with three (3) people from the company. Mostly questions asked are how you manage your time, requests, what can you contribute and your strengths and weaknesses.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When asked how to manage requests, prioritization of these requests and how long will it take to fulfill a request.
The interview process was long. I met with folks individually, 5 in total, which made the process drag due to fluctuating schedules. After final interview, result was quick. ~ 2 days.

Question 1
Describe a time you made a mistake in your work and how did you deal with it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Netflix (Seul) in Sep 2024
Interview
Liked me at my first interview but didn't give any follow up progress for 2 months. Told me to wait until assigned manager could schedule 2nd interview but never did, and got denial.
A recruiter emailed me to schedule a 30 minute phone call. During the call, she seemed disinterested and cold. She interrupted me several times to say I sounded "vague" (had she not interpreted me I could have provided more detail). It was all very strange. It almost seemed as if she had already found other candidates to move on to the next round, and speaking with me was just a formality.
