Interview
I had two phone interviews with two different recruiters. I moved to the next round of inter-office interviews which was with a recruiter and secondary manager within the department I was applying to. I moved to a third round of interviews where I was interviewed by four different people within a 2.5 hour time frame including, the HR manager, the direct manager I would report to, a specialist in the department I was applying to and an executive assistant in a different field.
After the final interview, a few weeks went by since I emailed my thank you note to the recruiter so I decided to follow up. She advised that she had not spoken to the team yet and to follow up within two weeks. Two weeks later I followed up and didn't get a response until a month and half later where she advised that an intern within the office was already selected.
Very chill and easy. It was a polite chat about the job and the culture at netflix, especially given that the DC office is a bit newer. Very much just a conversation generally rather than pointed interview!

Friendly, Welcoming, and Streamlined Process
Everyone I interacted with at Netflix was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. From the start, the process was made as smooth and stress-free as possible, with clear communication and genuine support at every step. It felt collaborative rather than intimidating, and I appreciated the transparency and respect shown throughout. Overall, it was a very positive experience that reflects the company’s strong culture and values.
Talked to the recruiter and then hiring manager within HR. Was then asked to submit script coverage. Then met with direct supervisor as well as another high up exec in the department. Overall experience took around one month.
