It was a video interview. One of the two interviewers was very nice, another one was a bit aggressive. I didn't finish my self-introduction, maybe part of the problem comes from here - the latter part was mostly about my experience in game operation!
The second interviewer asked a lot about my experience in QA, customer support and game design, which is understandable because those were listed on the job description (and also related to the interviewer's background maybe?). However, he asked nothing about my previous job with the most experience in game operation.
Judging from the job title, job description I have read and what the interviewer told me at the beginning, that's quite odd. I wish I could talk about that, but didn't had the chance at all. I thought they would ask me to talk about ARM/player behavior analysis/operational event design and such?
When they asked "do you have any questions", I thought maybe I should ask them "is there anything you want to know about my experience at company B", but it seems they were in a hurry so I just asked another question. Can't tell was that a give up or things would not change anyway.
After the interview, I have sent an email to HR stating I would like to talk about my experience in game operation if there is a second round. I received a rejection email days later. I have asked the HR lady if the interviewers had any feedback (so I can check if they think the same) but I didn't get a reply at all.
