Process began with a virtual video interview that went over background, working knowledge, interest in Niantic, and career goals. Some discussion of the company and gaming and tech, in general, was also included. The next step was a request for 2-3 writing samples. After that I was informed they were moving on with other candidates. Throughout the process they were very communicative and polite.
