Niantic interview questions

Had an agency recruiter reach out about a role available and ended up interviewing. First round was with the Hiring Manager, second round was holistic, four 30minute interviews with cross-functional team members. Third round was with the head of department and the regional head.

Fairly standard 45 minutes interview where the hiring manager would ask a set of questions to learn about your background and familiarity with the product. Afterwards, there is a design challenge where you have 25 minutes to create an application for a specific audience.
