Niantic interview questions

Interview only if you wish to waste your time. The company has np respect for the candidate's time. The response time from HR was incredibly slow and required MULTIPLE follow-ups. Gave absolutely no feedback on a 48 hr assignment. Rejected even after answering questions correctly. Kindly run away from interviewing for this position unless you're a data engineer and want nothing to do with ML/data science

Transparent, committed and attentive are what comes to mind when I interviewed with Niantic. After connecting with the hiring manager, I went through a series of interviews to give me an opportunity to meet the team, and who I could potentially be working with should I get an offer. Everyone was super friendly, and they also asked questions that were challenging enough to show that I will get a chance to learn and grow by working here. Leadership gave an insight on “what keeps them up at night” and the recruiting team was very accommodating to the tight timelines and the numerous questions I had regarding the position.
