O processo durou cerca de 3 semanas, e contava com 3 etapas sendo a primeira etapa online através do preenchimento de testes , já na segunda etapa foi presencial bastante pratica e dinâmica , Por fim tivemos a última etapa em que deveríamos fazer uma breve apresentação e após um bate papo com os Xlead. O processo todo foi muito humano e me senti muito respeitada como profissional.
