Diversas entrevistas com pessoas de diversos setores da empresa e eh necessário fazer um estudo de caso in loco de 1h. Foi interessante, mas não parece ter um processo de seleção ainda muito bem estruturado, oq é compreensível dado que a empresa ainda é muito nova.
30 minute informational interview via Google Hangouts. Interviewer asked behavioural questions about leadership and conflict management. Interview was prompt, but I received no feedback after completion and was left to assume the worst, instead of receiving any formal feedback.
