I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Okta (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process from the start was a little off pleasing. The recruiter that I conversed with first was great in explaining the position and what it entailed. The 2nd phone interview was delayed due to my interviewer not being in the office. The day before my 3rd in person interview the initial recruiter I spoke with told me they were going with another candidate.

On the day of my onsite interview, I met with 4 or 5 people individually and was asked questions by and asked questions to each of them. I also went on a quick tour of the office.
