Okta interview questions

A relatively strong interview process and mostly clear on next steps by keeping you in the loop. The process consists of a phone screen with a recruiter, convo w/ HM, & mock call evaluation. There were some small hiccups with some info but overall great process.

Process was overall positive, but definitely had it's bumps. The original position I applied for got filled while I was in-process, but they thankfully had another role for me to fill right away. Once the process started, it tended to drag, so I had to make sure to push the recruiter and hiring manager to get things in the books.
